On the Elysian Marching Platform All of posts come from organizations. Through the Mobile platform organizations will be able to upload their music content, Elysian TV content, create events, and promo content such as dictation and media .

 

Our website Portal

Elysian Marching strives to be the ultimate digital resource for marching bands and supporting organizations. We created a portal that allow organizations to manage their full brand such as their revenue, music, educational content, events  and e-commerce products.

Analytics

This tab will consist of the overall categories such as: Followers, revenue, streams, rating, comments. Organizations will have the ability to view the details to decipher how they should continue to grow their brand

Posts

Through the Elysian marching platform we have separated the different type of posts for easy management and monetization. The posting categories are separated by the  licensing API process due to what is embedded within the content. This tab will contain the 3 types of posts which are: 

Musical Posts-  This posting category contains a Licensing Identification API so that when an organization uploads a performance  Elysian Marching is able to detect any pre-existing copyrights and if so send it through our clearing house to clear for a sample. 

Pinned Post- When visiting an organizations page they will have the ability to pin a post at the top of their profile so once a user visits an organizations profile this media will be the first thing they see. Organizations will be able to use this function to push streams to this specific content.

Non Musical Posts-  This category of posting will be for all unlicensed content such Photos, promo videos, as well as dictation posts. This category covers the social media aspect of the platform, allowing users to interact with the content.

My profile

In this tab organizations will create the image of their brand with: School name, band name, bio, Staff information, and preferred contact information. This is also the tab where the Admin user can give access and restrictions to others in the organization to the profile such as Media team, marketing, 3rd party e-commerce distribution and more.

Events

All organizations will have the ability to create and manage their own custom events through the platform. The current set categories set for the type of events are as listed: Clinics, Conferences, Exhibitions, Camps, Battle of The Bands. Event creators will have the option to add ticket sales to their event. Elysian has its own custom ticketing platform which cuts down on costs for event creators. After a creator creates its ticket price Elysian takes a 15% fee and our API that we use takes an additional 2.9% which leaves the creator with 82.1% in profit. Event creators will also have the ability to add adjudication to their events as well. They will have the ability to decipher from Fan adjudicating where fans judge the event, a Judges Panel of 8 judges picked by the event creator, or join the two to have the scores to compare.

Store

Each organization will have the functionality to create an online e-commerce store where they will be able to sell merchandise as well as upload and distribute original compositions of sheet music through our clearing house.

Payment

This tab is an encrypted portal for banking information in which organizations will receive their profits.

Settings

In this tab the organization will have the function of choosing their notifications, viewing blocked profiles.
